Unlike many of our competitors, we rigorously search for teachers who are specialists in teaching language. Our Spanish teachers are not only native speakers of Spanish but they are authentic language teaching professionals. We don't believe that being a native speaker of Spanish qualifies you to be a teacher of Spanish so we demand that our teachers have both attributes. Perhaps most importantly, we seek out teachers who genuinely love teaching and want to bring not only their teaching skills to the classroom but their love of their culture as well. These days, the learning experience (language learning included) has increasingly become homogenous in that teaching approaches start to become predictably dry and sterile. Learning and in our case, learning a language, should not be a process of presenting information in a bland manner. We are not hard-drives that information is simply downloaded into. Unlike computers, we have to learn in order to acquire knowledge and learning is best facilitated by imaginative teaching approaches. We believe that rather than lecturing, studying, or reading about a language, students should be creating authentic experiences with langauge by being challenged to use and play with it. We also find that marrying language instruction to its underlying culture adds much more interest and texture to the learning dynamic. This type of multi-dimensional learning approach accelerates learning and is just plain more stimulating and interesting.
We believe that our clients should work with us as long as they feel their best interests are being served and that they are getting commensurate value for the money and time they are investing in working with us. We can handle all of the heavy administration work associated with putting together an on-site Spanish program for your expats. We identify great teaching professionals and assign them, assess the Spanish competency of your expats, coordinate the schedule directly with the expats (if they are taking individual classes), and provide follow-up progress reporting (if desired).

All participants will take an assessment test (available online) to guage their general competency in Spanish so as to properly level participants.
After completing our assessment process and compiling all of the results, we will inform you of the results and present you with implementation options.
Once the plan proposal has been reviewed and finalized, we will assign the appropriate teacher(s) to work with you and identify the official start date.
